To open hsCADView click on hsCADView under your All Programs items. This will start the hsCADView program.

 

hsCADView is by default installed with an entry into your start menu.  To start hsCADView go to you Start Menu Æ Hachisoft Æ hsCADView Æ hsCADView as indicated in the image below.
